Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are packed and handed off to Canada Post within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We currently ship within Canada only. Tracking is automatically applied to larger orders; smaller single-card orders typically ship via letter mail.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracked package shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or an untracked letter mail order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us. We'll investigate with Canada Post and work toward a resolution.
Returns & Refunds
Condition Guarantee
We grade every card carefully before listing it. If a card arrives in a condition significantly worse than described (e.g., listed as Near Mint but arrives damaged), we will offer a full refund or replacement at our cost.
How to Return
- Email themanaexchange@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a photo of the card(s) in question.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions or approve a refund without return for low-value items.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Cards returned as "wrong condition" that match the listed grade, or cards damaged after delivery, are not eligible for returns. Sealed product is non-returnable once opened.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. We use this information solely to process and fulfill your order and to communicate with you about it.
Payment Processing
Credit card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers. For Interac e-Transfer payments, only the sender name and transaction reference are retained for reconciliation purposes.

Data Retention
